1. Platform Role

Pinchee acts as a marketplace that facilitates the connection between:

• Shippers
• Independent drivers
• Logistics service providers
• Pinchee does not directly operate transportation vehicles unless otherwise stated.

2. Driver Responsibility

Drivers using the platform are responsible for:

• Maintaining valid licenses
• Vehicle compliance
• Insurance coverage
• Compliance with transportation laws
• Drivers act as independent contractors.

3. Shipment Responsibility

Shippers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate shipment details
• Declaring shipment contents
• Ensuring shipments comply with legal regulations

4. Prohibited Shipments

The following items may not be transported through the platform:

• Illegal drugs
• Weapons
• Hazardous materials without authorization
• Counterfeit goods
