1. Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

Pinchee does not engage in financial services such as money transmission or cryptocurrency processing.

We monitor transactions for:

  • Unusual payment behavior
  • Rapid repeated transaction attempts
  • Suspicious transaction amounts
  • Fraud indicators
  • Accounts may be suspended pending investigation.

2. Know Your Customer (KYC)

Driver Verification

Before activation, drivers must provide:

  • Government-issued identification
  • Legal name and contact information
  • Vehicle registration details
  • Insurance documentation
  • Additional verification may be required for high-risk accounts.

Shipper Verification

Shippers must provide:

  • Legal business name
  • Contact details
  • Payment verification
  • Anonymous accounts are not permitted to transact.

3. Sanctions Compliance

Pinchee does not permit activity involving:

  • OFAC-sanctioned individuals or entities
  • Restricted jurisdictions
  • Illegal trade activities
  • We reserve the right to deny service in compliance with U.S. sanctions laws.

4. Fraud Prevention

Pinchee implements:

  • Transaction monitoring
  • Account review procedures
  • Chargeback review
  • Manual investigation of suspicious activity
  • Accounts may be suspended if fraudulent activity is detected.

5. Reporting

Pinchee reserves the right to report suspicious activities to relevant authorities when required by law.
