1. Platform Role
Pinchee acts as a marketplace that facilitates the connection between:
- Shippers
- Independent drivers
- Logistics service providers
- Pinchee does not directly operate transportation vehicles unless otherwise stated.
2. Driver Responsibility
Drivers using the platform are responsible for:
- Maintaining valid licenses
- Vehicle compliance
- Insurance coverage
- Compliance with transportation laws
- Drivers act as independent contractors.
3. Shipment Responsibility
Shippers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate shipment details
- Declaring shipment contents
- Ensuring shipments comply with legal regulations
4. Prohibited Shipments
The following items may not be transported through the platform:
- Illegal drugs
- Weapons
- Hazardous materials without authorization
- Counterfeit goods
- Stolen property
- Restricted or sanctioned items
5. Liability
Pinchee provides a digital platform service and is not the direct carrier of shipments.
Liability may be limited according to the platform's Terms of Service.
6. Platform Enforcement
